Live Pandit Ji provides an online platform connecting users with astrologers for consultations including Vedic astrology, Kundli analysis, horoscope readings, Vastu consultation, Tarot readings, Numerology, and related services. Our platform facilitates the connection but the advice is provided by independent astrologers.
You must create an account to use our consultation services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
Consultation fees are charged on a per-minute basis as displayed on each astrologer's profile. You must maintain a sufficient wallet balance before starting a consultation. Payments are non-refundable once a consultation has commenced. Signup bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and expiry conditions.
Astrological consultations provided through our platform are for entertainment and guidance purposes only. They should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment and seek appropriate professional counsel for important life decisions.
Users must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, harass or abuse astrologers, share false or misleading personal information, attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform, or record consultations without explicit consent from both parties.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Live Pandit Ji or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
Astrologers on our platform are independent service providers, not employees of Live Pandit Ji. While we verify astrologer credentials, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any astrological readings or advice. Users engage with astrologers at their own discretion.
Live Pandit Ji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
